Cookies & browser storage

The public Mubarak Message page does not use analytics or advertising trackers in its current setup. Some parts of the wider site use essential browser storage or third-party services to work.

Essential browser storage

The RSVP experience may store a response-edit token in your browser’s local storage so you can return to update your reply. This token works like a private link: do not use a shared device if you do not want it retained there, and clear the site’s browser storage to remove it. The private admin workspace also uses local storage for display preferences and unsent event drafts.

Security cookies

Protected administration pages are secured with Cloudflare Access, which may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain an authenticated session and protect the service. These are not used for advertising.

Third-party content

Individual invitations can include a map or an externally hosted video. When that content is loaded, the relevant provider (for example Google Maps, Vimeo or YouTube) may receive technical information from your browser and use its own cookies or similar technologies. Those providers’ privacy and cookie terms apply to their content.

Changes to this information

We will update this page if we add analytics, advertising or other non-essential storage. Where the law requires consent for a technology, it must be requested before that technology is used. For current guidance, see the ICO guidance on cookies and similar technologies.
