Amir Designs provides the invitation and RSVP service for the event host. We only collect the details needed to manage your reply.
What we collect
Your name, attendance choice, party size, named additional guests, optional email address, dietary requirements and any message you choose to leave.
How it is used
Your response is available to the event host and authorised Amir Designs administrators so they can plan the event and support the invitation. It is not used for advertising, and personal data is not sold or rented.
Private links
If you receive a private review or response-editing link, keep it confidential. Anyone with that link may be able to view or update the information it protects.
Retention and corrections
Your RSVP is kept only while the event host needs it to organise the event and provide related support. When that need ends, the reply is deleted or anonymised. Closed and archived events are reviewed regularly; archiving by itself does not erase replies. A limited legal hold may apply to the minimum information needed for an active dispute or legal obligation, with access restricted and the need reviewed. Any future guest contact list used to send invitations or updates will be separate from RSVP replies and removed as soon as that sending purpose is complete or abandoned. You can use your private edit link before the deadline, or contact the person who shared the invitation at any time to request a correction or deletion.
